Payment and Credit

Unless otherwise specified, you have the option to pay upon delivery or on-site using your card (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or in cash.

When you are not yet a customer but wish to place a large order for future delivery, you will be required to pay a deposit according to agreed-upon terms. The balance payment will be made upon delivery.

Any customer who has been collaborating with us for less than a year is considered a new customer. Payment is always made upon delivery or upon on-site receipt.

Payment is always made upon delivery or on-site receipt. Unless otherwise indicated by the finance department, credit approval is based on history, annual turnover, and regular purchases. We grant credit with a maximum repayment period of 30 days. The finance department reserves the right to refuse credit if the customer no longer meets the conditions.

To ensure the comfort and security of everyone, we always prefer payments by card or instant transfer. All our drivers are equipped with a mobile device. We accept all cards (Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro).

If the conditions are not met, and payment is not made, Tadal reserves the right to refuse delivery of the order. Cancellation of an order will result in administrative fees of 100 euros and an account block.
